It's too expensive.

  • As an investment into your own personal growth, my goal is to help you to develop the skills, beliefs and courage needed to get out there and do it on your own. So with that in mind, you can consider this to be a temporary training session in following your heart and connecting with the true you.
  • Your life can improve as a whole when you live in a way that aligns with the things that are most important to you. This impacts every facet of your life – relationships, career, family, financial and emotional.
  • People find happiness within themselves, feel satisfaction and pride in their accomplishments, live more authentically, improve their relationships, careers and lives.
  • You will feel greater confidence and focus on the things that matter most to you and will be able to focus on getting those things done.

I don’t know if this is a good fit for me.

What value will I get from this?

Can you help me with my past traumas?

  • I am not a therapist. Although you may be able to use some of my experiences to apply to your own circumstances, I do not work with addressing things from your past.
  • My focus is on where are we at now, what options are available to us and where do we want to go? I help to identify and remove the negative though patterns and attitudes that hold you back.

I don’t have time.  I can’t fit this in.

Don’t know where to start. How exactly will this help me?

  • I can help you to identify the things that are important to you and define the right goals to align with that; considering your unique combinations of gifts, strengths, skills and interests.
  • Get rid of the negative self-talk

This service won’t work for me. I don’t really believe in this type of thing.

  • If your life is at a place where you feel completely content with your life, then good for you!
  • If your life is not at that place of contentment, then:
    • Have there been changes in your life that you have wanted to/meant to make, but haven’t been able to make any progress on this?
    • Do you have great ideas, but have been unsuccessful at getting started on the items that you would like to do?
    • A life coach may be the perfect option for you.

What if I find that this process isn’t for me after we start?

  • If after the first 3 sessions, you are not happy with the progress that you are making, I will provide a refund for the cost of the remaining unused sessions.
  • You must let me know about your concerns as soon as they come up to allow me to fully understand how my services are not meeting your expectations.

What will I do with my kids during this time?

  • Take 1 hour to yourself to get away from the “mommy, mommy!” and pee with the door closed!
  • You could ask a spouse, family member or friend to watch your kids for the timeframe of our session.
  • You could book your session while your kids are in bed.

What is a Life Coach?

  • A life coach can help to:
    • inspire, support, brainstorm, recommend without judgement
    • keep you accountable
    • celebrate you and your achievements
    • identify and stop the negative attitudes and thought patterns that are currently holding you back

This feels very vulnerable.

  • Our sessions are non-threatening, non-judgemental and the information discussed is confidential. I can provide my thoughts and recommendations but these sessions are all about you and where you want to go.

This feels like admitting failure.

  • Today is the first day of the rest of your life and we are not defined by our past. The real failure here is to not do anything and remain miserable. Even if you don’t choose to work with me, I hope that you can take something away from this information and make positive change happen in your life by starting to do the things that you have been putting off.

What is expected of me?

  • Be willing to make changes in your life; at times, this may mean stepping outside of your comfort zone and into the unknown
  • Be truthful with yourself and with me
  • Be ready to experience the internal and external “adventure” of a lifetime!
